Last updated: 2026-05-04 — What is and isn't allowed on rzx.bio resources.

1. Why These Standards Exist

rzx.bio is a place where small businesses, creators and freelancers publish bio pages, short URLs, QR codes, vCards and file links. To keep the Platform safe and useful for everyone, we ask all account holders to follow the standards below.

These standards apply to anything you publish, link to, embed, or distribute through any rzx.bio resource — including the destination of every short URL and QR code you create.

2. What You Cannot Publish or Link

You may not use rzx.bio to publish, host, link to, redirect to, or otherwise distribute Content that:

  1. Is illegal under EU or Romanian law, or under the law of the country where the visitor accesses the Content;
  2. Sexually exploits minors, depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or sexualises minors in any way — we report such Content to the competent authorities;
  3. Promotes violence, terrorism, hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality or any other protected characteristic;
  4. Harasses or threatens individuals, including doxing, stalking, or coordinated abuse;
  5. Infringes intellectual property rights of others — including unauthorised distribution of copyrighted works, counterfeit goods or trademark infringement;
  6. Is fraudulent, deceptive or scam-like — including phishing, fake giveaways, fake job offers, fake investment schemes, romance scams, advance-fee schemes, and "pump and dump" cryptocurrency operations;
  7. Spreads malware, exploits or unwanted software — short URLs and file links must point to safe, declared destinations;
  8. Engages in illegal gambling, sells regulated drugs without authorisation, or trades in weapons, endangered species, stolen goods or other restricted items;
  9. Distributes private personal data of others without lawful basis;
  10. Is misleading health or financial advice presented as professional guidance;
  11. Sexually explicit content directed at the general public — including pornography hosted directly on rzx.bio resources or marketed through them, except where the user operates a regulated adult-content account in their own jurisdiction and applies appropriate age verification.

3. What You Cannot Do With the Platform

  1. Use rzx.bio to send unsolicited bulk messages, promote spam tools, or run "link cloaking" services that hide the real destination of a link from end users;
  2. Use rzx.bio short URLs as part of a coordinated link-laundering scheme to bypass the security or trust signals of other platforms;
  3. Resell, sublicense or white-label rzx.bio in violation of your plan terms;
  4. Probe, scan, or test the security of the Platform without prior written authorisation;
  5. Attempt to create accounts in bulk for abusive purposes or evade prior account suspensions.

4. Tracking Pixels and Visitor Consent

You may attach Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, TikTok or similar tracking pixels to your bio page, short URLs and QR codes. If you do, you are responsible for:

  1. obtaining valid consent from your visitors before activating the pixel, where required by law (notably under ePrivacy and GDPR);
  2. linking your own privacy policy and cookie notice on your bio page;
  3. not using pixels to track minors or in contexts where this would be unlawful.

5. Reporting Violations

If you come across a rzx.bio resource that you believe violates these standards, please report it:

Reports should include the URL of the resource and a short description of the issue. We do not share reporter identity with the reported account except where legally required.

6. Enforcement

When we receive a report or detect a violation we may, depending on severity:

  1. remove the specific Content, link, QR code or file;
  2. disable a custom domain, splash page or bio page;
  3. suspend the account temporarily;
  4. terminate the account permanently;
  5. report the matter to law enforcement where required by law.

For severe violations (CSAM, immediate threats to safety, active scams) we may act immediately and notify you afterwards. For other violations we typically notify you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond.

7. Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, write to [email protected] within 30 days of the decision. Include your account email and a brief explanation. We will review the case and respond.

8. Changes

We may update these standards as the Platform evolves and as new abuse patterns emerge. The "Last updated" date below indicates the current version.
