Submit a request regarding your personal data under GDPR.

1. Your GDPR Rights at a Glance

If you are an account holder or a visitor to a public rzx.bio resource, you have the following rights under the GDPR:

  1. Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  2. Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  3. Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal exceptions;
  4. Restriction — ask us to pause processing in specific situations;
  5. Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
  6. Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including marketing;
  7. Withdrawal of consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  8. Complaint — lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence (in Romania: ANSPDCP).

2. How to Submit a Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Request — <type>" (e.g. "Access", "Erasure", "Portability").

Please include:

  1. your full name;
  2. the email address linked to your rzx.bio account (if any);
  3. your username or any other identifier that helps us locate your data;
  4. a clear description of the right you wish to exercise and, if relevant, the resources concerned (specific URL, link, page or QR code);
  5. any preferred response format (PDF, CSV, ZIP).

To protect your data we may need to verify your identity, in particular if the request is made from an email different from the one on file.

3. When You Are a Visitor of a Bio Page or Other rzx.bio Resource

If your data was collected by an account holder through their bio page, contact form, file link or similar feature, that account holder is the controller of your data. We act as their processor. In that case, please contact the account holder directly.

If you cannot identify or reach the account holder, you can still write to [email protected] and we will assist you, including by forwarding the request to the relevant account holder where appropriate.

4. Response Time

We will respond within one (1) month from the receipt of a complete request. The deadline may be extended by up to two further months for complex or numerous requests, in which case we will inform you of the reason within the first month.

5. Cost

Responding is free of charge. If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (in particular because of its repetitive character) we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request, as permitted by Article 12(5) GDPR.

6. Authority

Independent of the procedure above, you may at any time lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence:
