Last updated: 2026-05-04 — Terms of the rzx.bio Affiliate Program.
1. Overview
This Affiliate Agreement governs your participation in the rzx.bio Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By enrolling in the Program you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. How the Program Works
Once your application is accepted, you receive a personal affiliate link from your rzx.bio dashboard. When a user signs up through that link and purchases a paid plan within the attribution window then in force, you are eligible to receive a commission on the qualifying payment.
The specific economic terms of the Program — commission percentage, attribution window, qualifying products and minimum payout amount — form part of this Agreement and are presented for review and acceptance directly from your affiliate dashboard when, and only if, you decide to enroll in the Program. By accepting them at enrollment you accept the entire Agreement.
The version of those terms in force at the moment a referred user signs up is the one applicable to that referral.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must hold an active rzx.bio account in good standing.
- We reserve the right to reject or revoke participation at our discretion, in particular where we suspect fraud, brand misuse, or behaviour incompatible with our Community Standards.
4. How You May Promote rzx.bio
You may promote rzx.bio in honest, accurate, and respectful ways: blog posts, social media posts, video reviews, newsletters, communities you administer, paid search where allowed, and direct outreach to people who would have a legitimate interest in the product.
You must:
- disclose the affiliate relationship clearly, in line with applicable advertising standards (e.g. "#ad" or equivalent);
- describe the product accurately, without exaggerated or misleading claims;
- comply with the platform rules of any channel you use (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, Meta, etc.).
5. What You May Not Do
- Self-referral: you cannot earn a commission on plans you (or accounts you control) purchase.
- Cookie stuffing, pop-under fraud, forced clicks, or any technique that places affiliate cookies without a clear user choice.
- Bidding on rzx.bio brand terms or close variants in paid search where this would mislead users into thinking your link is the official one.
- Spam: unsolicited bulk email, comment-spam, low-quality SEO link farms, or coupon-site fraud.
- Misrepresenting yourself as rzx.bio, an employee, partner, reseller, or official spokesperson.
- Promoting rzx.bio in adult, hateful, or illegal contexts; any context that conflicts with our Community Standards.
- Promising features, pricing or guarantees beyond what is published on rzx.bio.
6. Brand Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the rzx.bio name and logo solely to promote rzx.bio under this Agreement. You must not modify the logo or use it in a way that could imply endorsement, partnership or employment.
7. Tracking and Disputes
Affiliate attribution is recorded by our dashboard. If a payment is refunded, charged back, or disputed within the period applicable to refunds, the related commission is reversed.
If you believe a referral was tracked incorrectly, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant payment.
8. Payouts
Once you reach the minimum payout amount displayed in your dashboard, you can request a payout. Payouts are sent by SEPA bank transfer or by another method we may make available. You are responsible for declaring your affiliate income to the tax authorities of your country of residence.
9. Changes to the Program
We may update the economic terms of the Program (commission percentage, attribution window, qualifying products, minimum payout) going forward. Material changes are notified in advance through your affiliate dashboard or by email and are subject to your renewed acceptance from the dashboard. Until you accept the updated terms, the previous ones remain applicable to your active referrals.
10. Termination
You may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately if we suspect a breach of this Agreement, fraud, or behaviour damaging to our reputation. Pending commissions on confirmed, non-refunded transactions remain payable, except where the breach involves fraud or wilful misconduct.
11. Confidentiality
You agree to keep non-public information you receive through the Program confidential, including campaign performance, internal pricing trends and roadmap details we may share with you.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the amount of commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you as an individual remain unaffected.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Romanian law. The courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules where applicable.
