1. Introduction
By using rzx.bio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and to the other policies linked on the Platform.
These Terms apply to your use of our website (https://rzx.bio/), applications, and any other software, features, or services provided in connection with rzx.bio (collectively, the "Platform").
When we refer to "we", "our", or "us", we mean AVi Kairos Srl, including its group companies.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, you must not use rzx.bio.
2. What rzx.bio Is
rzx.bio is a single-seller software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. From a single account you can publish a bio page, generate short URLs, build QR codes, share digital vCards and file links, set up splash pages, attach tracking pixels and read analytics on every resource.
The Platform is offered with a free tier and one or more paid plans. The available plans, features and limits are presented at https://rzx.bio/plan.
3. Your Account
To create an account and use rzx.bio, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you create an account on behalf of another individual or entity, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and up-to-date information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- all activities that occur under your account.
You must not assign, transfer, or allow unauthorised use of your account, nor use the Platform in a way that damages our reputation, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable laws.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
4. Usernames and Custom URLs
Your username, custom short URL slugs and any other public identifier you choose must be appropriate for all audiences and must not infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
You may not:
- impersonate another person, brand, or company;
- use offensive, vulgar, or obscene identifiers;
- register usernames or custom slugs for speculative or abusive purposes (e.g. squatting).
If a dispute arises, we may require you to change your username or custom slug, or may suspend or terminate your account if you refuse.
Inactive usernames may be reclaimed after a reasonable period of inactivity, subject to prior notice.
5. Your Content — What Is and Isn't Allowed
You are responsible for all content you upload, publish, or link through rzx.bio, including text, images, videos, files, links, and other materials ("Content"). This includes anything published on your bio page, anything reachable through your short URLs, file links, vCards or splash pages, and the destination of any QR code you generate.
Your Content must comply with:
- our Community Standards;
- applicable laws and regulations;
- third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict Content, disable specific links or QR codes, or suspend accounts where Content violates these Terms or our policies.
6. Your Content — Licence to Us
You retain ownership of your Content.
By posting Content on rzx.bio, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.
You acknowledge that Content published on your public profile, bio page or any public-facing rzx.bio resource may be publicly accessible and shared by third parties beyond our control.
7. The Platform
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, excluding your Content, including all intellectual property rights.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Platform;
- remove or obscure proprietary notices;
- use our branding in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without written consent;
- use the Platform to build a competing product, or to scrape, mirror or systematically extract data from the Platform.
8. Plans, Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, billing cycles and limits are presented at https://rzx.bio/plan and confirmed at checkout.
Paid subscriptions on rzx.bio are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for online card payments. Paddle handles billing, currency conversion, taxes (including VAT/GST), invoicing and chargebacks. Your contract for the payment is therefore with Paddle, while your contract for the use of the Platform remains with AVi Kairos Srl.
For invoicing in EUR via SEPA bank transfer, payments are made directly to AVi Kairos Srl.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or, for Paddle-managed subscriptions, from the Paddle billing portal linked in your invoices.
If a payment fails we may, after reasonable notice, downgrade your account to the free tier or suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
8.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU and Romanian Consumers)
For consumers residing in the European Union or Romania:
Under Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from any paid subscription contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: notify us with a clear statement (e.g. by email) sent to:
You may use the following model statement, but it is not obligatory:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: [rzx.bio subscription plan], ordered on [date]. Name: [your name], Email: [your email], Date: [today's date]."
Effects of withdrawal: we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. Reimbursement will use the same means of payment as the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Exception for digital services (Article 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU): the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if (i) performance has begun with your prior express consent and (ii) you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. When you purchase a paid subscription and start using the rzx.bio paid features, you will be asked to provide this consent at checkout.
Free plans: the right of withdrawal does not apply where no payment is made. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Your Visitors and End Users
You are responsible for the people who visit the bio pages, follow the short URLs, scan the QR codes, download the file links, save the vCards or pass through the splash pages you create with rzx.bio.
You are solely responsible for:
- compliance with applicable consumer, data protection, and commercial laws (including, where relevant, presenting your own privacy policy and cookie notice on your bio page);
- any tracking pixels you choose to attach to your resources (e.g. Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, TikTok pixels) — you must obtain valid consent from your visitors before activating them;
- any transactions between you and your visitors.
rzx.bio does not act as a reseller, intermediary, or agent in transactions between you and your visitors.
10. Privacy and Data
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Processing Addendum (DPA) explain how personal data is processed.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to those documents where applicable.
Analytics generated through the Platform (clicks, views, geolocation, devices, referrers — collectively, "Statistics") are produced by our internal analytics engine and provided on an "as-is" basis. They may not be fully accurate or complete and should not be relied on as a sole record for billing, audit or legal purposes.
11. Confidentiality
Any non-public information disclosed to you relating to the Platform or our business must be kept confidential and used only for permitted purposes.
12. Feedback and Beta Features
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
Beta features may be offered "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
13. Liability and Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your Content. We do not guarantee that any Content, link, page or analytics record will be retained indefinitely.
Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us (or to Paddle on our behalf) for the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
14. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate or interoperate with third-party services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party products or services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.
Account termination may result in loss of access to Content, links, QR codes and analytics, without refund where legally permitted.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
16. Intellectual Property — Notice and Takedown
If you believe that Content available on rzx.bio infringes your intellectual property rights, please follow the procedure described in our Copyright Infringement Policy. For requests originating in the European Union or Romania, EU and national IP enforcement rules apply (in particular Directive (EU) 2019/790 and Directive 2004/48/EC).
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, technical, or business reasons.
Where changes materially affect you, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rights of users residing in another EU country are not affected.
