1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember information about your visit, such as your preferences and login state.

This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on https://rzx.bio and on resources we operate (the public marketing site, the dashboard, public bio pages, short links, QR codes, vCards, file links and splash pages).

2. Our Approach

We use the smallest set of cookies needed to operate the Platform. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioural retargeting or cross-site tracking on the rzx.bio domain. Our internal analytics engine generates statistics for account holders without placing tracking cookies on visitors.

If an account holder attaches their own tracking pixels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, TikTok or similar) to their bio page, short links or QR codes, those pixels run on their resources and follow their privacy policy and consent practices, not ours.

3. Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary

These are required for the website to work. They are set when you sign in, submit a form, or use a feature that requires the server to remember you.

3.3 Security — Google reCAPTCHA

On signup, login and the contact form we use Google reCAPTCHA to detect automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may set Google cookies (such as _GRECAPTCHA) and collect technical signals (IP address, browser fingerprint, mouse movements) to score the request.

This is necessary to protect the service against bots and credential-stuffing attacks. It runs only on the three pages mentioned above and is governed by Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may break the sign-in flow and other core functionality.

You can also revisit your consent choice at any time by clicking the cookie preferences link in the website footer.

5. Changes

If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent again.
